Laboratory Technician – Mixing & Molding
Akron Rubber Development Laboratory, Inc., an industry-leading independent testing laboratory for rubber, plastic and latex is looking to fill the position Mixing & Molding Technician. The right candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, communication and listening skills and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic team player who will help cultivate a positive work environment and require little supervision. Experience in lab-scale mixing, milling, curing black and colored rubber, running a rheometer/ viscometer and compounding is a plus; however, we will train the right person.
